Pens For Kids Local

In 2022-23 over 2 million UK children qualified for pupil premium, this is around 41% of children in education.

We want every child to have access to stationery at home as well as at school in order to help fulfil their potential.

We need help to collect quality pencil cases and stationery and distribute them to children who would otherwise be without.

Please get in touch if your school or group would like to fill pencil cases for local disadvantaged children, you will then be linked with a nearby children’s charity or foodbank.

Each pencil case should contain items such as: writing pens, pencils, colours, sharpener, rubber, small ruler. As well as any other extras you are able to provide such as a small toy, paperclips, highlighters, glue.

The items can be new or preloved but please only donate what you would like to receive.

Please email to request some pencil cases for your group to fill, or if you would like to receive some filled pencil cases please get in touch.

We also accept large donations of stationery from companies as well as financial donations to support our logistics.

Pens for Kids Local is set up as a subsidiary of the main Pens For Kids UK Charity Number 1197330.

Pens for Kids Local concentrate solely on providing UK children with stationery and we are run by volunteers.
